Our Challenge

Bose came to LYNX seeking support for their growing need in the Asia/European marketplaces. They needed a small, modular solution that would allow them to interchange Bluetooth speakers. over-the-ear and in-ear headphones with the option of having the products be either demonstrable or non-demonstrable. 

OUR SOLUTION

We immediately got to work and began to identify solutions that would not only work for the Asia/European market but took it a step further to plan against how this program could be executed on a global scale. Our creative teams worked closely to align on the overall branding aesthetics. In tandem we created a technology package to complement the display solution. This unique module allowed for both power and audio distribution no matter what audio product was being featured. The media player solution allowed for ease of updatability to allow for simple updates to ensure audio tracks are fresh and playing at a high quality to complement the headphone/speaker solutions. We secured certifications for Asia, Europe and North America.

We initially launched this program in over 10,000 locations across Asia and Europe. With the flexibility to configure to order, this fixture and technology package can be used in any global retail outlet.  To date this program is running new production and retro fit kits with over 20,000 units deployed in over twenty counties worldwide.
